These texts bear the imprint of the Holiness School and I believe they ground, teach, and guide the doctrine of the Divine Processions, and, under their own idiom, of the Divine Persons. Trinity, I say, is a deliverance of the Old Testament. Now, in one sense, there is nothing especially new in all this. The Christian act of reading the Old Testament “Christologically”—seeing, that is the presence of the Divine Son
